Every membership includes tailoring for your Top 10: a resume and a cover letter for each job we match you with on Monday, always both. There is no unit to count — it’s part of the plan.
Hot Takes are for everything else: a job you found yourself, or a second version of a Top 10 job. A Hot Take is a full read on a single job — fit score, tailored resume, and cover letter. Every plan includes some each month, unused ones carry over, and you can buy more for $10 whenever you need one.
Adding a job you found yourself to your board is free — no Hot Take. On Essentials you can keep up to 10 jobs on your board that we haven’t tailored; 20 on Professional, 30 on Premium. The ones we tailor for you don’t count toward that at all, and closing out a finished job frees a slot.
